Crossroads Nutrition was founded by Dr. Paul Caragine MD, FACS, FAAOS. Dr. Caragine graduated from The Massachusetts Institue of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Engineering and Biology. He was an MD and Orthopaedic surgeon for 25 years, and taught medicine for 5 years.

IMPORTANT STUDY ABOUT LUTEIN
Recent studies by a major university have shown that LUTEIN taken on a daily basis can lower your risk for Macular Degeneration (MD). The study was done over a 1 year period with over 800 people aged 22 to 76.
